Card Dealer Pro now gives you full control over how your CDP data syncs into Shopify.
Shopify Product Tags (Auto-tag your listings)
Card Dealer Pro can now automatically add Shopify product tags based on your CDP inventory fields (like player, team, set, year, etc.). This makes your Shopify products easier to organize, filter, and search.
Example: “Tag my Shopify listings with player, team, and set”
You have a card in Card Dealer Pro inventory and want to list it to Shopify with tags for Player Name, Team, and Set.
Step-by-step
In Card Dealer Pro, go to Connections
Click Shopify
Open your Connection / Template Settings
Scroll to the new Shopify Tags section
Click Add tag
Choose the CDP fields you want as tags:
Player Name
Team
Set
Click Save changes
✅ Done. Now when you send cards to Shopify, those tags will automatically show up on the Shopify product.

Notes
Only the tag fields you select will be sent as Shopify tags.
You can change your tag selections anytime—future syncs will follow your updated settings.
Metafield mapping (Enterprise)
Metafield mapping exists for advanced Shopify stores and is rolling out as an enterprise feature. Most sellers will only need Shopify Tags.
