April 28th 5:30a - eBay API has returned to standard functionality. CDP Dealers should now be able to connect to eBay, and list cards. Background jobs are running to ensure all cards sold during the eBay outage delist from all connected marketplaces as expected. April 27th 8:40p ET - eBay continues to have issues with their core API functionality, affecting CDP users. Some users have been able to connect to eBay and list cards in the past 6 hours. But others are still unable to do so. eBay is actively working to resolve the root cause issue and restore service.
April 27th 3:00p ET - eBay continues to have issues with their core API functionality, affecting CDP users. We are working with eBay to ensure they resolved their issue quickly and will provide guidance to CDP users once the core issue is resolved. CDP has redundancy built in that will allow backlogged processes to execute once eBay resolves the core issue.
April 27th 10:30a ET - We are receiving reports of CDP users unbale to connect to eBay, their eBay connection disappearing, cards not listing to eBay, cards not delisting once sold on eBay, and cards not delisting on eBay once sold on other marketplaces.
